1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Prime Anchor Analytics ("PAA", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prime Anchor Analytics. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to subscribers.

2 Description of Services

Prime Anchor Analytics provides subscription-based equity research services, including:

  • Subscription-based equity research covering US-listed securities (NYSE and NASDAQ)
  • Three subscription tiers: Anchor Basic, Anchor Pro, and Anchor Institutional
  • Research reports, market analysis, stock ideas, earnings previews, and related content
  • Access to a subscriber research portal, performance tracker, and stock screener (tier-dependent)
  • WhatsApp research delivery channels and live Q&A sessions (tier-dependent)

PAA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service with reasonable notice to subscribers.

PAA research is for informational purposes only. Nothing published by Prime Anchor Analytics constitutes:

  • Personalised investment advice tailored to your financial situation
  • A recommendation to buy or sell any specific security
  • A solicitation or offer to invest in any financial instrument

PAA does not manage client funds. PAA is not a licensed investment adviser under Qatari law or any other jurisdiction. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk, including the risk of total loss of capital.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified and licensed financial adviser before making any investment decisions based on information you read on this platform.

4 Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of signup.
  • All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Payment is processed securely via Stripe or Tap Payments.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • PAA reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not apply until your next renewal.

5 Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
  • Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, access to the subscriber portal and all gated content will be revoked.
  • To cancel, contact us at research@primeanchoranalytics.com or use the billing management portal from your account settings.

6 Intellectual Property

All research reports, market analysis, stock ideas, written content, data presentations, and other materials published by Prime Anchor Analytics are the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Anchor Analytics.

As a subscriber, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use our content for your own personal investment research. You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute our research without prior written permission from PAA
  • Share subscription access credentials with non-subscribers
  • Use our content for any commercial purpose without a separately agreed licence
  • Republish or repackage our research, in whole or in part, in any media without attribution and written consent

7 Acceptable Use

By using PAA's services you agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with any other person
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription tier restrictions or access gated content without the appropriate tier
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform by automated means
  • Engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of our platform or other users' access

PAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Anchor Analytics shall not be liable for:

  • Any investment losses or financial damages arising from reliance on our research or analysis
  • Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of service
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content published on our platform
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

9 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
